The callenge

The workplace is automating, increasing the value of soft skills required for positive social interactions, such as customer service, management or giving feedback. Immersive Learning allows learners to have interactions and explore real-world emotional responses, and the opportunity to reflect on and assess their own performance.

Results

We created several 3D simulations that put employees in different situations, ranging from public speaking and empathy to job interviews. Employees can now train as many times as they want in these scenarios and hone their soft-skills in a fail-safe environment. 

Users also have detailed performance metrics in the application that help them improve their skills in a gamified fashion. They receive bonus points for improving key metrics such pace or how much are they look a the public, and can make informed decision on where to focus their efforts based on data.
